This Refund Policy explains our guidelines regarding cancellations, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds for our wallpaper installation services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be transferable to a new date if rescheduled within the allowed period (see Section 2)
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect our scheduling and time commitments:

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice:
No cancellation fee. Deposits may be applied to a future appointment. -
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice:
The deposit is forfeited and will not be refunded. -
Same-day cancellations or no-shows:
No refunds, and a new deposit may be required for future bookings. -
Rescheduling:
Must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid losing the deposit.
3. Refunds for Completed Services

Since our work involves time, labor, and customized installation services, completed services are non-refundable.

If there is a concern or issue with the installation:

We encourage clients to contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and address the situation.

We do not provide refunds for:

Wallpaper defects or damage caused by low-quality or faulty materials supplied by the client

Pre-existing wall issues (moisture, texture, uneven surfaces, structural problems)
-
Damage occurring after installation due to humidity, cleaning products, or external factors.
4. Wallpaper Provided by the Client

We are not responsible for:

Peeling, shrinking, or bubbling caused by low-quality materials

Incorrect measurements provided by the client

Insufficient quantity of wallpaper

Pattern misalignment when the wallpaper is pre-cut or partially used before installation

No refunds apply for issues caused by client-provided materials.
5. Changes to Estimates

All estimates are initial and may change after an in-person evaluation.
Refunds will not be issued for adjustments related to: -
Additional wall preparation

Removal of existing wallpaper

Extra materials or time required due to wall conditions.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work.
If there is a problem with the installation itself, we will: -
Inspect the area

Identify possible causes

Offer a repair, if applicable

Repairs do not qualify for monetary refunds.
